At BioGolf, we strive to provide exceptional golf training services to all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our in-person services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Service Fees and Charges

By booking our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified at the time of booking. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service. Failure to complete the service does not absolve you of the obligation to pay the full fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated upon booking, BioGolf does not offer refunds once a service has been booked and confirmed. We encourage clients to consider their schedules and commitments carefully before booking our services.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients wishing to reschedule a booked service must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen events, BioGolf may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds or credits towards future services. Such considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
